Single-origin blend extremely sweet and intense, it releases floral aromas and spicy notes, at first sip it shows a slight acidity, typical of arabica.
It is made from plants grown among subtropical forests and pine forests at high altitude, near the highest mountains of Central America. It is grown at altitudes up to 1900 metres because the quality of coffee improves with height.
